Met de valetservice van Day & Night Valet Parking kies je voor een comfortabele oplossing voor luchthaven Dusseldorf parkeren. Je rijdt direct naar de terminal en geeft daar je voertuig af aan een medewerker, die het parkeren gedurende je reis voor zijn rekening neemt. De service is beschikbaar van 03:00 tot 00:00 uur. Je voertuig wordt geparkeerd op een geasfalteerde parkeerplaats. Een overdekte parkeerplaats is tegen meerprijs mogelijk; voor overdekt parkeren geldt een maximale voertuighoogte van 1,90 m.
Let op:
- Voor aankomsten tussen 03:00 en 06:00 uur geldt een nachttoeslag van € 5.
- Volledige voertuigreiniging: € 70.
- Opladen van een elektrisch voertuig: € 70 inclusief stroom (geen kaart of kabel nodig).
- Deze toeslagen worden online betaald.

Proces
Afgifte auto
30 minuten voor je verwacht aan te komen neem je telefonisch contact op met het parkeerbedrijf. Het telefoonnummer vind je op de reserveringsbevestiging.
Sleutels overhandigen
De exacte afgiftelocatie bij de vertrekhal / terminal wordt telefonisch overeengekomen, je herkent de chauffeur aan zijn bedrijfskleding.
Parkeren
De chauffeur inspecteert jouw auto en noteert alle gegevens. Vervolgens wordt je auto geparkeerd op het betreffende parkeerterrein en kun je door naar de vertrekhal.
Naar huis
Je belt het nummer dat je op de reserveringsbevestiging vindt en je bespreekt de exacte ophaallocatie. Je inspecteert de auto en bij akkoord vervolg je jouw reis naar huis.

Kommunikation zum Treffpunkt war bei Abflug etwas schwierig. Der abholen war dann sehr unfreundlich, weil ich seiner Meinung nach falsch stand und musste noch 10€ Parkgebühr zahlen. Bei Ankunft sus dem Urlaub hat slles super geklappt.

Auto wurde vermutlich im Freien abgestellt trotz Buchung 'überdacht'. Ansonsten hat alles gut geklappt. Die Fahrzeugübergaben waren sehr zielorientiert mit wenig Worten

This is the second time I used Day and Night parking, delivering the car is ideal, you park the car in the garage right in front off the airport, you take your keys with you and you are in the airport in a couple off minutes. When you come back you call Day and Night parking when you have your luggage and they come and take your keys and collect the car out off the garage for you. They use their pass to getout of the garage. This time it took 50 minutes before the driver came to get the car, presumably because they had nobody at the airport? The first time we used them it took about 10 minutes which I think is totally excitable. 50 minutes is to long, I phoned them twice and I got a the answer that they are on there way the first time after half an hour. The second time I called they would be there in 3 minutes which became closer to 13 minutes. Tip: When you tell them at which door you are at, tell them what you are wearing or how you look, because you are not the only one waiting at the door and the driver doesn’t have a sigh with your number plate on it. Over all day and night parking is good value for money compared to the rest, in spite of the the longer waiting time , this time, I would probably use them again.

Kommunikation und Pünktlichkeit waren super. Negativ sind zwei neue Schrammen links und rechts an meinem Frontspoiler. Leider war mein Auto auch total verschmutzt von Blüten, Blättern etc., totz dass ich einen überdachten Parkplatz gebucht hatte.
